Speak To Me by Kwaku Quansah

Speak to me into existence

And I will speak forth your name in a different manifestation

Let me be the Isaac Mendez of words

To speak your name unto the future generation

And in large like the Mushroom cloud explosion

Speak to me through her smiles, her hugs and her kisses

To let me know love is alright

Speak to me with music, with love and with dance

You don’t have to use words to speak to me

Speak to me with the unimaginable things you have done

Speak to me through the laser beam that penetrates from the sun

Through those dark clouds

That appears on the surface of a beautiful sunset

Speak to me

So that every time it’s my name on your lips

Speak to me; let me able to mimic you

Because you are who I live for and the reason

Naturally unexplainable beyond imaginations

Insoluble is what I call it

Because there’s no scientific theories and proving

For all these

Me, You, Us

The animals, both on land and in the sea

Yes and the ocean, sun, moon, stars that bright in the skies

The galaxy, the human heart that beat

So speak to me

Let me understand how beautiful it is

To have animals in our lives

To have a dog as man’s best friend

But if I am able to have a companion like a dog

Speak to all my worries so I can understand

How animals are certainly angels in disguise

Sent from far away to protect us

So I even know you exist without speaking

And I can prove

Because even when you spell dog backwards

You will get a

G. O. D

And then I will speak your name into existence

For others to know who really are.

So speak to me.

Butterfly Kiss

The first kiss

"Oh what heaven that first kiss was"

Those lips like a radiant freckle breast of an angel

Resting gently on the lower part of her head with lip gloss below flavors

Mingling in a seductive look

And then her teeth

The most playful teeth I ever seen

With slices of her tongue like a blade

A killer of every last cell

Anytime i feel her in my mouth

It’s perfectly exquisite

Swirling in my mouth

Staying apart and combining again

In a fugue of sweet savory so

Delightful

This is no mere kiss from an heavenly host

This is God

Speaking to US through romance

Occupy My Mind

Take this step with me
Walk with me down my memory lane
Let’s make this journey last a life time
Every moment we share should scribble memories all over our hearts
Love me like the size of the ocean and remind me every morning :)
Allow me to fall in love so deep
Because I wish to get lost in your heart
And find myself in another dimension of the Bermuda triangle
In my heart I want you to come and leave and pay no rent
Your smile is the most beautiful part of my day
So bright like the early morning sun
And sometimes I figure if God broke the mold after He made you
You are a beautiful puzzle……
Naturally designed to make a man complete
I crave for you
Not sexually but if sexually I hope you don’t think any less of me :)
I want to hold you as we look in these skies
Till the beautiful sun, set to a half moon
And at nights we will sing all our favorite songs and laugh through them
Let me take time and look into those pretty eyes you have
Till I see a reflection of myself in them
Because if good looks were a minute
You would be an hour
Well
I am not writing a poem to win you over
I am writing a poem to tell you how real I feel
So occupy my mind :)

M.A.M.A [Mothers And Mothers Across]

Looking at life from a different angle
I can boldly say you are that one true angel
I feel like the luckiest man on earth
To have you in my heart
Indeed GOD sent you from up above and
Words can’t express your love for me in a million thousand folds
I have seen life as you breathe it unto me
Selflessly allowing me to harbor for refuge inside of you
I can’t imagine the dolor and the anguish you went through
Wasn’t like you never had an option
You just couldn’t lose knowing a mother’s love to her child.
You hold my hands through my darkest imperfections
And you smile with me just to let me know everything is alright
I just pray to GOD to PATIENTLY wait and take time
To bless you beyond measures
For you are a light that bright more than diamonds and treasures
Times when you acted as a father figure
Provided though you never had
God bless you MAMA
I can only spoil you with these words
And bravely hit my chest today to let the whole world know
I am proud to be an appendix to your love.
Love you always and happy Mother's Day

Power Of Dad (Father's Day)

To my father
You are the second prefix to my first breathe
The pillar that holds my foundation firm to the ground
Before I crawled you held me up above my feet
From birth till I grow
My identity restored from your lips
I am YOU because I see a big U in me
And whenever I watch you
I see a blessing sent from God in the form of another Apollo
A true father who is honest and responsible
Though nobody is perfect
I will forgive you in these eyes of mine
Because you are just a man
And love is short
So I will love you with each breathe and chance I get
And write in this blue skies and let the cosmos know
Of a true zodiac I become
And how my heart will bleed braveness and strength
As you already taught me
You are a chapter in my life
A book I can always open to
And I save the best for the last
So may God bless you from here all the way to the moon
And I pray that one day I will see you soon
Happy Father’s Day
